Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider in Sungai Petani is seeking an IT Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day technical functionality and maintain IT infrastructure. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in IT or related fields and offers professional development opportunities. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The position is full-time, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs and network connectivity.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Manage IT documentation and internal helpdesk records.
