Job summary
A leading asset management company is seeking a Facility Management professional in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves monitoring compliance, compiling operational reports, and coordinating maintenance activities. Candidates should have a post-graduate qualification in Technical, Engineering, or Facility Management, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic team focusing on technology-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of total work experience with up to 1 year in relevant fields.
- Basic understanding of facility operations, maintenance processes, and engineering concepts.
- Strong readiness to learn and grow in a technical facility management environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure vetting compliance for internal teams and vendors.
- Compile operational data for reporting and performance insights.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
