Urbancubes is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Business Development (Marketing & Sales) to lead our growth agenda. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, strengthening market presence, and building long-term client partnerships across our service portfolios, including facilities management, CLQ/TLQ operations, landscaping, waste management, and pest control.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and partnership prospects.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, proposal development, tender submissions, and negotiations.
- Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, digital presence, and market positioning.
- Build and maintain strong networks with government agencies, developers, industrial players, and key stakeholders.
- Provide market insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-efficient implementation of initiatives.
- Lead and develop the BD, Sales, and Marketing team to achieve performance targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B, facilities management, or related industries.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in sales, tenders, and market development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and a results‑driven approach.
