Job summary
A leading financial institution in Kuching is looking for a candidate to manage sales targets in wealth management. You will collaborate with the branch manager to develop strategies, analyze customer portfolios, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role demands strong sales abilities and knowledge of affluent customer needs. This position offers opportunities for growth within the wealth management domain.
Responsibilities
- Achieving individual and branch sales targets consistently.
- Collaborating with the branch manager to develop a sales plan.
- Analyzing customers' portfolios for wealth management solutions.
- Conducting financial needs analysis for Affluent customers.
- Ensuring compliance with all banking laws and internal policies.
Responsible to achieve fee income on wealth & investment targets.
- Achieving individual and branch sales targets consistently, with a focus on Affluent growth, Wealth Management Products penetration growth, and Asset Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Collaborating with the branch manager in analyzing the financial and economic market to develop a sales plan and strategy.
- Working closely with the branch manager to schedule daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities according to the sales plan and strategy.
- Continuously analyzing and reviewing customers' portfolios to identify opportunities for offering customer solutions through a range of Wealth Management products.
- Ensuring that customer information is kept up-to-date and accurate in the Bank’s system at all times.
- Providing customer and market feedback consistently and engaging in performance reviews with the branch manager frequently for improvement purposes.
- Efficiently executing action plans to expand new relationships, retain, and enhance existing bank Affluent portfolios.
- Conducting interviews to comprehend the diverse life stages of Affluent customers and their evolving financial circumstances to determine their financial needs.
- Establishing rapport and understanding Affluent customer needs through the completion of FRESH-T for conducting financial needs analysis and proposing suitable solutions.
- Regularly reviewing Affluent portfolios to identify additional sales opportunities.
- Keeping Affluent customers informed about emerging financial and economic issues, as well as new bank products and services, to meet their needs.
- Avoiding offensive sales practices.
- Observing all laws and regulations governing the bank’s business and profession.
- Ensuring that the recommended product aligns with the customer's needs and resources.
- Treating all customer data and information as highly confidential.
- Resolving all customer complaints and feedback within the agreed upon turnaround time.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Bank's standard policies and procedures, internal controls, compliance regulations, and AMLA/CFT.
- Promote awareness of compliance requirements and implement ARBM Compliance Policy.
