Job summary
A leading engineering consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying and 7-10 years of experience, particularly in EPC/EPCM projects. - 7–10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying role within EPC/EPCM projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports.
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams.

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in QS role within EPC/EPCM projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and Malaysian construction standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel), QS software ie Cost X will be an added advantage.
