Job summary
A manufacturing company in Batu Pahat, Johor is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production activities and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership skills and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity to enhance production efficiency and team performance.

- Arrange daily production activities according to production schedule.

- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering Mechanical/Electric & Electronic or equivalent.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Problem‑solving skill.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Skills: Microsoft Office.
- Candidate must be based in Linaco Manufacturing, Batu Pahat, Johor.
- Full‑time position available.
