Job summary

You will be responsible for complying with safety practices, performing repair tasks, and responding to emergency work requests. A positive working attitude and eagerness to learn are essential. - Previous training or experience in Repair & Maintenance Buildingworks will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Comply with safety practices.
- Carry out Job Ticket as per SOP Repair & Maintenance.
- Perform overtime when required.
- Respond to emergency work requests.
- Report to immediate superior on work matters.
- Assist immediate superior on special projects.

- To carry out Job Ticket as per in IMS Engineering- SOP Repair & Maintenance. (Carpet & Wallpaper)
- To perform overtime when required.
- To carry assigned pager/handphone and respond accordingly.
- To attend emergency work request when required.
- To report and feedback to immediate superior on work matters.
- To arrange with Users for work matters.
- To comply with company policy and procedures.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance works and checklist.
- To assist immediate superior on special projects or assignments.
- To handle Tools and Equipment with care.
- To attend Engineering training when required.
- Any previous training or experience in Repair & Maintenance Buildingworks will be added advantage.
- Good working attitude and willingness to learnare a must.
