Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the sales strategy and market expansion across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. This leadership role involves driving market penetration and establishing strategic partnerships. Candidates must have at least 8 years in sales with strong experience in the tech sector. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required. This is a full-time remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, offering a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Experience in Malaysia's tech or enterprise market, especially in database, software, cloud, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong ability to develop Key ISVs and Key System Integrators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Establish C-level relationships with key enterprise clients.
