Job summary
An established company in Klang City is seeking an Administrative Officer to manage various coordination and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Administration or Business Management, with proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to work independently and drive to attend urgent matters.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform coordination and administrative duties.
- Supervise daily errands of dispatch.
- Handle incoming calls and messages.
- Reserve venues for meetings and events.
- Schedule vehicle service for maintenance.
- Track and record copier usage.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Order and proofread pre-printed documents.
- Monitor and manage attendance for service providers.
- Assist in company events.
