E-commerce Operations

Order Processing

Confirm orders, update order status, coordinate with warehouse/logistics.

Stock Monitoring

Coordinate with inventory team to ensure availability and restocking.

Basic Content Support

Assist in uploading products, writing captions, pricing, and tagging.

Excellent written and verbal communication (in English + local language).

Fast and friendly responses to online customers.

Ability to handle complaints or returns politely and professionally.
