Job summary

A hospitality company located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operation Executive to ensure smooth property operations and provide guests with excellent experiences. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in hospitality or customer service, and strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Responsibilities:

  • Set up the units according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the homestay units.
  • Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Arrange cleaning services and ensure the units are well-maintained.
  • Ensure the units are clean and in good condition at all times.
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff and maintenance personnel to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Own transport to travel to homestay units.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to deal with Chinese-speaking clients.

Working Day:

  • 1 week 6 day / 1 week 5 day (Alternative)
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
