Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit customs declarations accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with Customs regulations and customer requirements.
• Handle customs clearance documentation and ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant.
• Follow up on clearance status and respond to Customs queries, amendments, or additional document requests.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely job closure.
• Monitor shipment status and provide operational updates when required.
• Prepare basic operational and clearance-related reports for internal reference or customers.
• Maintain proper filing and records for audit, compliance, and operational purposes.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

Graduates/Experience in Logistics, Forwarding, or related fields

Language Requirement

Proficient in English and Chinese.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet

Familiarity with DagangNet, Gatepass, and Port Systems is an added advantage.
