Job summary

A leading property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Administrative Support personnel. The role involves ordering office supplies, maintaining records, and providing general support to the staff team. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or operational role, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Those who can start immediately will have an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience preferably in admin or operation role.
  • Able to multi-task and work under fast-paced work environment.
  • Candidate who can start immediately/in short notice will have added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Orders office supplies and monitor inventories.
  • Supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintains office files.
  • Prepares general correspondence and internal memos.
  • Performs daily backup of electronic files.

  • • Maintains office files.
  • • Performs daily Back-up electronic files using proper procedures.
  • • Provides general administrative support to the staff team.
  • • Provides administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including security, alarms and cleaning services arrangement.
  • • Monitors office environment and ensures that it is always clean.
  • • Other administrative duties as assigned.
