Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong background in the F&B industry.
  • Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Job description
Operation
  1. To ensure that restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining reputation and ethos.
  2. Work as communicator between outlet PIC or management and subordinates.
  3. Supervise and support operation for all outlets assigned.
  4. Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate food & beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.
  5. Assist to prepare training materials for outlet staff training.
  6. Conduct onsite training (operation guideline & customer service) based on scheduled arrangements.
  7. Prepare all documents for PBT application and ensure all PBT licenses renew before expiry date.
  8. Involve in new outlet opening.
  9. Ensure achievement of monthly profit and sales.
  10. Assist HOD in audit and review outlet performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation/guidelines.
  12. Liaise with customers, employees, purchasing, and licensing authorities.
  13. Weekly reporting on outlet performance includes stocks & staff.
  14. Assist in food safety audit and halal department.
  15. Audit outlet and handle complaints.
  16. Regularly check outlet CCTV.
  17. Must always travel outlet to outlet.
  18. Cover all outlets local and outstation.
  19. Based in KL.
  20. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Daily Tasks
  1. Ensure all outlets have enough manpower to run the business.
  2. Arrange manpower accordingly by following labor cost guidelines.
  3. Check morning & closing report for each outlet, follow up with outlet PIC and ensure closing report is sent completely.
  4. Check Supervisor’s daily report, and record all issues reported.
  5. Check and ensure stock is sufficient on a daily basis.
  6. Outlet visit report includes:
    • Outlet condition
    • Staff performance
    • Stock issue
    • Other highlighted issue
  7. Plan staff roster based on outlet’s operational requirements.
  8. Complete weekly labor cost.
  9. Conduct staff appraisal on week 3 every month.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field and/or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong background in F&B line.
  • A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.
  • Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in a professional way.
  • Good attitude with detail-oriented and serious person.
  • Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Possess own transport for work.
  • Able to work long hours & travel within states.
  • Able to get incentive if achieve good performance.
