MiCare Health Tech Holdings (MiCare), a leading regional managed‑care organization and health‑tech player, is seeking a Senior Operations Executive/Assistant Manager to join our Innovative Solutions Business Unit. The role focuses on healthcare operations and project management in collaboration with providers, pharmaceutical partners, insurers, and corporate stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a registered pharmacist with hospital experience and a strong understanding of healthcare dynamics.

Responsibilities
  1. Project & Operational Management

    Lead and manage healthcare‑related projects with pharmaceutical and insurer partners. Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, including scoping, planning, implementation, and monitoring. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality expectations. Prepare and present project progress updates and outcome reports.

  2. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

    Liaise with external stakeholders (pharmaceutical companies, insurers, corporate partners) to ensure smooth collaboration and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders across multiple departments within the TPA business. Act as a key point of contact, ensuring transparency and alignment across all project participants.

  3. Process Improvement & Strategic Planning

    Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency. Support the design and implementation of affordability, patient support, and healthcare access programs. Contribute to business strategies by analyzing industry trends, research data, and healthcare topics. Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Demonstrate adaptability in managing evolving project scopes and timelines. Uphold and model strong corporate and business ethics in all professional dealings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; Registered Pharmacist (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in a hospital setting with exposure to corporate pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Experience in Patient Assistance / Affordability Programs is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, research, and problem‑solving within the healthcare space.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Highly adaptable, with strong business acumen and understanding of corporate ethics.
