- Minimum 2–3 years experience in digital marketing or social media strategy.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Solid understanding of content funnels, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.
- Able to analyse data (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and turn insights into action.
- Excellent copywriting skills with adaptable tone and style.
- Experience managing content calendars and community interactions.
- Skilled in handling content projects from ideation to execution.
- Bonus: experience in paid ads (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).

- Manage a structured content calendar across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Monitor trends in careers, HR, job search, and workplace topics.

- Test new formats, hooks, and content types to boost engagement and reach.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and recruitment teams to align executions with business goals.
