Manager, Business Development (Malaysia, Australia & Hong Kong)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of working experience. Minimum5 years experience in leading Financial Institutional businessand minimum10 years experience in managing medium to large teamin the related field.
- Skills: Financial planning, wealth management, sales & marketing, business development, customer relationship management, leadership and creative Problem Solving.
- Proven abilities in achieving desire result, customer obsession.
- Good command in written and spoken English & Malay, knowing Mandarin is an advantage
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development in financial market environment
- Full-Time position
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of annual and long-term business strategies for the company, including the development goals, objectives, activities, sales target, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and manage company's annual budget, work plan and go-to-market strategy to support the successful execution of annual business strategy.
- Lead business development operation and activities.
- Grow and acquire new revenue streams by identifying sales opportunities, up-selling, cross selling, and closing deals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies to improve organizational business effectiveness.
- Present to and consult with senior management on business or marketing opportunities, recommendation for improved strategies.
- Forge solid partnership and collaborations, providing assistant to partners, from setting up website to production.
- Lead, manage and develop and overseeing staffing matters, including hire and develop the best, and constantly motivate and coach the team towards delivery best results.
