As a Revenue Growth Management Lead, you will be at the centre of strategic planning, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll lead initiatives across Revenue Growth Management (RGM), category strategy, and in-store excellence—ensuring seamless alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Finance to unlock sustainable, profitable growth.

Reporting Line: Head of Commercial Excellence (Regional Cluster)
Lead the development and rollout of Commercial Excellence strategies across channels and markets.
Apply RGM levers—Pricing, Pack/Price Architecture, Mix, Promotions & Trade Investments—to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
Design and implement Perfect Store / PICOS frameworks to elevate in-store visibility and execution.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Trade teams to ensure coordinated and agile execution.
Analyse financial performance and establish pricing guidelines that balance competitiveness and profitability.
Coach and upskill commercial and execution teams to embed best practices and raise capability across markets.
Drive innovation through shopper‑centric approaches, category visioning, and experimentation.
Strategic Impact: Influence revenue, profitability, and commercial direction across two priority markets.
Regional Exposure: Work across Malaysia & Singapore, navigating diverse consumer and channel landscapes.
Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy.
Innovation & Ownership: Lead category captaincy initiatives and Perfect Store transformation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
7–10 years of FMCG experience, ideally in Commercial Excellence, RGM, Category Management, or Shopper roles.
Strong capability in category insights, strategic planning, and in‑market execution.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
High commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Willingness to travel and conduct on‑ground (Gemba) market immersion.
