- Engaging with audiences and building brand loyalty.
Performance Marketing
- Running Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Tracking conversions and improving CAC (customer acquisition cost).
- A/B testing creatives and landing pages.
Customer Experience (CX) Skills
- Ensuring consistent brand experience across website, chatbot, emails, and social.
- Implementing personalization through AI and CRM tools.
