A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking an Executive for Business Expansion (After Sales) to plan and execute projects for value-added products. The ideal candidate will coordinate supplier evaluations, improve processes, and analyze sales data. Required qualifications include a degree in a related field and experience in marketing, particularly in accessories development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential along with strong problem-solving skills. A passion for cars is a plus.

Executive, Business Expansion (After Sales)

1. Main: To Plan Propose, Co-ordinate & Execute projects for Value Added products

2. Study, propose, execute & work with external division task to strengthen Business Expansion strategies.

  • Plan, propose, co-ordinate, execute & measure project effectiveness for assigned projects.
  • Conduct supplier selection, proposal, introduction & evaluation to ensure regulation & compliance requirements are met.
  • Plan & execute marketing related activities to boost sales.

3. Improve process flows and analyse sales data.

  • Plan, propose, co-ordinate, execute process improvement activities and perform analysis (Internal & External).
  • Handle and resolve customer complaint cases, conduct findings & propose for action plan.
  • Take note Dealers comments (from various sources) & take next action for improvements.

4. Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Engineering Studies or any related field.

2. ≥ 1 year experience (preferably) in the related field (Accessories development & marketing).

3. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

4. Knowledge on automotive products, industry & movement.

5. Strong interest in car will be an added advantage.
