Job summary
A leading company in Penang is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions. The role involves developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing recruitment, enforcing compliance with Malaysian labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement. The successful candidate will have at least 5-8 years of HR experience, with demonstrated skills in strategic planning and people management. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in HRIS are essential.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to manage the HR function and implement strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
