Job description

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.

Manage payroll processing, ensuring in salary computation, allowances and statutory contributions

Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, medical and other HR documentation

Process expense claims and allowances in compliance with company policies

Handle employee grievance, disciplinary actions and conflicts resolution in with company policies

Manage recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and offer issuance for candidates

Manage training related applications, renewals and evaluate training effectiveness

Manage company vehicle insurance renewal, road tax, and arrange the repairing matter

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Independent, willing to learn, committed, work on extended hours to meet deadlines, team player
