A technology firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll processing, maintain employee records, and oversee the recruitment process. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, a commitment to deadlines, and the ability to handle employee grievances effectively. Manage payroll processing, ensuring in salary computation, allowances and statutory contributions
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, medical and other HR documentation
Process expense claims and allowances in compliance with company policies
Handle employee grievance, disciplinary actions and conflicts resolution in with company policies
Manage recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and offer issuance for candidates
Manage training related applications, renewals and evaluate training effectiveness
Manage company vehicle insurance renewal, road tax, and arrange the repairing matter
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Independent, willing to learn, committed, work on extended hours to meet deadlines, team player
