This is a Design Authority position for a global Microsoft partner that is building its APAC delivery capability from the ground up with Malaysia as the regional hub.

We are partnering with a long-established global Microsoft partner (40+ years) delivering complex, enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 programs across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

They are now making a long-term APAC investment, hiring Solution Architects early to:

• Define solution standards
• Act as the bridge between business, functional, and technical teams
• Shape how Dynamics is delivered across the region for years to come

• Design Authority role – you own the solution end-to-end
• Founding APAC architect – influence frameworks, not just follow them
• Enterprise complexity – multi-entity, multi-country programs
• Direct leadership exposure – work closely with global delivery heads
• Clear progression – Architect → Principal → Practice / Capability Lead
• Stability + scale – global backing, not a risky startup

• Own end-to-end solution design across Dynamics 365 F&O
• Act as Design Authority across Finance and/or Supply Chain workstreams
• Lead Fit‑Gap, solution blueprinting, and architecture governance
• Define functional & technical integration patterns
• Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with global standards
• Guide Functional Consultants and Developers on design decisions
• Support pre‑sales, estimations, and solution validation when required
• Be the escalation point for complex business or system challenges

You’re an architect by capability, not just by title.

Core requirements:

• 8–12+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX
• Finance (GL, AP/AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Consolidations)
• Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Trade & Logistics, Planning)
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Functional Lead
• Consulting background (Microsoft Partner / SI strongly preferred)
• Ability to engage confidently with C-level and senior stakeholders

Nice to have (not mandatory):

• Multi-country rollout experience
• Exposure to complex integrations or ISV solutions
• Mentoring or leading architect / consultant teams

Malaysia-based

Regional APAC project exposure

• Are a Senior Consultant ready for true architectural ownership
• Are an Architect frustrated by delivery politics or limited influence
• Want to build something meaningful from an early stage
• Care about design quality, governance, and long-term impact
