We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Architect to join our growing team at Yeoh Sheng Architect & YEA Architects, based in Taman Danau Desa. • Assist in designing and developing architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using SketchUp.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies to support the design and planning process.
• Work closely with team members, including architects, interior designers, and engineers, to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Support project management tasks, including monitoring budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Participate in interval site visits to monitor construction progress and address design-related issues.
• Be able to travel to authorities and hold your own transport for office, site, and authority visits.

• A degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in architecture or design.
• Strong technical skills in CAD software, 3D modeling tools, and visualization software.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and construction regulations.
• A passion for design, with a drive to contribute to innovative and impactful architectural projects.
• Own transport to travel to office, site, and authorities.
