Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development, and performance management.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees and monitor employee confirmation processes, including maintaining induction records and custody lists.
  • Coordinate with management to update job descriptions for new roles or changes in existing job scopes.
  • Maintain up-to-date organizational charts and job descriptions.
  • Manage foreign workers and expatriate applications, including coordination with relevant government departments.
  • Handle renewal of passports, work permits for foreign workers, and repatriation processes.
  • Represent the company at Labour Office, Immigration Department, Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), and other related government agencies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing including record keeping, computation of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and submission of EA and Form E in compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Maintain and update HR databases to reflect current statutory obligations, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure timely renewal of employee insurance in line with company policy.
  • Assist the Manager in enforcing company policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Review and recommend improvements for HR-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases and termination procedures in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems for all HR documentation and records to ensure easy retrieval and traceability.
  • Develop and promote programs that foster a positive corporate culture, driving continuous improvement and change.
  • Manage employee relations activities including conflict resolution and promoting harmonious workplace environment.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management.
