The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting the HR Manager with employee grievances and performance management initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and stakeholders management skills are essential.

Job description

A fast-paced financial services environment, you will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, as well as Industrial & Employee Relations (IR/ER).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners where necessary.
  • Support the HR Manager in handling employee grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labour laws and company policy.
  • Conduct and document investigations related to misconduct or workplace issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for recruitment and ER matters.
  • Assist in policy review and communication to ensure compliance with labour laws and internal standards.
  • Prepare reports and analytics related to recruitment and employee relations for management.
  • Assist in HR initiatives related to performance management, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Support employee engagement programs and communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, as well as has high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
