We are a leading Interior Design & Fit-Out Contractor seeking a meticulous QAQC Manager with strong technical expertise in interior construction, architectural finishes, and fit-out works. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards across all projects, from design execution to final handover.

1. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
   • Review and interpret approved drawings, material specifications, and design intent to ensure compliance.
   • Monitor fit-out works, including joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP integration, and finishes (e.g., tiling, painting, cladding).
2. On-Site Audits & Defect Management:
   • Conduct rigorous inspections as an independent auditor, identifying Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to workmanship, materials, and design adherence.
   • Document defects (e.g., misalignments, finish flaws, installation errors) and enforce corrective actions.
3. Project Site Oversight:
   • Travel to sites across Malaysia (including East Malaysia) and overseas to verify QA/QC implementation.
   • Ensure subcontractors and trades (e.g., carpentry, metalworks, electrical) meet quality benchmarks.
4. Process Improvement:
   • Develop and refine QA/QC checklists tailored to interior projects (e.g., snagging lists, material approvals).
   • Train site teams on quality standards for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-outs.

1. Technical Background: Minimum 5 years in QA/QC for interior design/fit-out contracting, with expertise in:
   • Architectural finishes (e.g., wood, stone, glass, metals).
   • Custom joinery and furniture fabrication.
   • MEP coordination in interior spaces.
2. Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001, CIDB, and industry-specific quality benchmarks.
3. Detail-Oriented: Sharp eye for aesthetic and functional quality in high-end interiors.
4. Travel: Willingness to visit sites nationwide.
5. Able to work independently.
6. Able to communicate with all levels effectively.
7. Tertiary education or equivalent with several years of experience in similar position.
8. 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field.
9. Minimum Diploma/ equivalent and above.
10. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm.
