Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Compliance & Contracts legal professional to join our team. The Legal Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s daily legal matters, providing legal support and advice, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks in business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and revise various contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Oversee contract execution to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Legal Support: Provide legal consultation and support for daily business operations. Assist in handling internal legal matters and disputes, including areas such as labor law, intellectual property, and commercial law.
  • Compliance Management: Monitor changes in laws and regulations, assess their impact on business operations, and propose solutions. Assist in establishing and enhancing compliance systems to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing legal disputes and arbitration cases involving the company. Liaise with external law firms and relevant authorities to coordinate legal matters. Identify and assess potential legal risks in business operations and provide preventive measures. Assist in creating and implementing risk control plans to minimize legal exposure.
  • Legal Training and Awareness: Provide legal training for employees to enhance their legal knowledge. Promote the company’s legal policies and compliance processes to raise awareness among staff.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; passing the Bar exam is an advantage.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in legal or law firm roles. Corporate legal experience is preferred.
  • Professional Skills: Familiarity with corporate law, contract law, labor law, and other relevant legal areas. Strong ability to draft and review contracts with excellent legal analysis and logical thinking skills. Proficiency in risk identification and management. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers; the ability to handle legal documents and communication in English is a plus.
  • Other Qualities: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
