We are a boutique intellectual property advisory firm providing end-to-end IP services to clients worldwide, including public listed companies, multinational corporations, universities and government agencies. We work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment where quality matters, and growth is earned.

We believe attitude beats experience, responsibility beats talent, and skills can be trained. You will not be treated as “just staff”. You will be trained to become a highly competent professional.

What will you do?
  • Handling trademark, patent, copyright and design registrations (Malaysia & overseas)
  • Advising clients on IP protection strategies
  • Managing IP portfolios
  • Responding to client enquiries and preparing reports
  • Conducting research and due diligence
  • Managing files and administrative workflow

This is not a routine admin role.

You will be exposed to:

  • Client advisory
  • International IP practice
  • Strategy thinking
  • Professional documentation
  • Operational systems

If you perform well, your scope will expand.

Who we are looking for?

We value character and growth mindset more than perfect resumes.

You should be someone who:

  • Is meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Learns quickly and takes ownership
  • Is honest, responsible and disciplined
  • Can work under pressure without constant supervision
  • Enjoys learning and reading
  • Is a team player and pleasant to work with
  • Willing and open to embracing technology and new tools to improve work efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience (Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply too)

  • Year 2–3: IP Consultant (Client Advisory + Portfolio Management)
  • Year 3+: Senior Consultant / Team Lead (Performance-based)
  • High performers are fast-tracked. We actively develop future leaders from within.
Remuneration & Benefits

Monthly salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (based on experience + attitude + performance)
