A prominent management service provider is seeking a dynamic Key Assistant & HR Manager to collaborate closely with the COO in shaping and executing HR strategies. This role combines strategic HR leadership with essential administrative support, focusing on workforce planning and compliance with Malaysian labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of HR experience, preferably with a background in construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information. This position may require occasional travel to the head office in Penang.

This role goes beyond administrative support—it is a critical partner in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with deep HR expertise to drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This role may require you to travel to the head office in Penang from time to time. You will report directly to the COO.
