To drive leads and customer engagement through digital platform management, SEO/SEM, and targeted CRM campaigns.
Job Descriptions
- Design, manage, and update the wholesale website (“OneWeb”), retail website (“OneWeb Retail”) and other digital tools and applications including but not limited to OneWeb Car Configurator (OWCC), Online Test Drive Booking, EMH Online Store. This also extends to other digital platforms like the RCPS Digital Signage platform. Assist in managing digital platform enhancements and troubleshooting user experience issues in collaboration with IT, agencies, or platform vendors.
- Achieve key performance indicators such as reducing website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, and improving conversion rates. Optimize website content for SEO and manage SEM activities to maintain brand visibility on search engines.
- Develop, execute and optimize marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies, including ATL & BTL media and communication strategy. Ensure timely submission of campaign materials to media agencies and update campaign/product information across digital platforms.
- Manage digital and direct marketing initiatives including email, SMS, mobile app, website, digital banners, social media and on-ground activations aligned with campaign and brand strategies.
- Support CRM campaign execution by segmenting customer data, preparing audience lists, and ensuring campaign messages are personalized and aligned with customer lifecycle stages.
- Maintain strong relationships within the department, across functions, with distributors, and customers to coordinate actions, manage brand reputation and ensure smooth execution of strategies.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Knowledge in multimedia tools.
Skills
- Fluent in English – Excellent writing and editing (photo/video/text) skills – Knowledge in multimedia tools (strong Photoshop and visual skills)
- Adequate knowledge of SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
