JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities

Full technical ownership in maintaining and sustaining test loadboard and test socket in production to ensure smooth production running. Qualifications of new loadboard and test sockets to ensure lowest test cost, good robustness and quality. Involve in design stage with division and vendors to comply with STM standard.

  • Good knowledge in loadboard and test socket application including design and issues encountered in production
  • Knowledge in PCB electronics and experience in using schematics and basic test program for troubleshoot issues
  • Good skillset in manufacturing test sustaining, able to perform design change and optimizations as ONE stop solution provider
  • Good technical report writing and communication skills to product owner / designer from divisions is a bonus expertise
Testing knowhow
  • Tester cell such as T2K, ETS364/800, MT9510, MT9308, MT9928, Delta Matrix, M4841
  • Basic Programming knowhow such as C/C++, Visual basic
  • Mechanical design tool eg Altium, CAD, Solidwork
  • Loadboard design and schematic knowledge, Test socket knowledge
Statistical knowhow
  • Software tools data elaboration
  • Main statistical concepts such as mean, cp/cpk, sigma
  • Data robustness concept
  • Production data elaboration for yield monitor and comparison between test cells
Production knowhow
  • Production procedures, FT, QA
  • Production equipment in testing area (handler, finishing, marking)
Technical knowhow
  • Cooperation with other technical teams for data exchange
  • Strong attitude versus commitments for own task delivery
  • Communicate with data
  • Fast learning on the job

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Fresh graduates with excellent academic results are also encouraged to apply
