Job description

Responsibilities

Manage software & system development process in a structured and planned manner in line with the established system development practices.

Track the development of software programs and IT systems according to technical specifications with the required tools and methodology.

Manage a portfolio of tech projects – Prepare project timelines, define milestones, track, and report progress, resolve impediments.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts and other TPMs to ensure we do things right and on time.

Continuously find ways to help teams and the organization improve the way of working.

Work collaboratively with the business analyst and ensuring compliance with the business policies and procedures.

Support system testing and other crucial processes within the software development.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or related field.

• Proficiency in at least 1 object-oriented programming languages such as TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, Java, C#, C++
• Proficiency in database programming (SQL, NoSQL).
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application deployment.
• Experience with designing robust enterprise transactional systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Full-stack development background is a plus.
