About Our Client

What you'll be doing?

Lead and develop a team: Oversee daily administrative operations and manage a team of staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Manage procurement and inventory: Ensure the timely procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment, maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Coordinate logistics and support: Provide comprehensive support for expatriate staff, including accommodation and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.

Foster an inclusive environment: Bridge communication between Malaysian and Chinese staff, fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace.

Ensure regulatory compliance: Coordinate company licensing and permits, ensuring timely submission and full regulatory compliance.

Develop administrative policies: Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures aligned with company standards and local regulations.

Collaborate with HR: Work closely with the HR department to organize company events and activities, promoting a positive workplace culture.
