Job summary
A human resources consultancy in Selangor is seeking a professional to oversee payroll management, handle recruitment processes, and organize company events. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and strong interpersonal abilities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and significant organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR can be an advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage employee relations.
- Attention to detail when processing payroll and organizing events.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings.
- Plan and organize company events to enhance employee engagement.
