Sales Executive
Job summary
A leading home appliance company is looking for a Sales Executive in Malacca City. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing dealer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business or Marketing, with 2 years' experience in sales within relevant industries. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or FMCG industry.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within the Melaka region and nearby areas.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback for product positioning.
- Manage sales orders and ensure timely submission of sales reports.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Promote and sell home appliance products through effective customer engagement and negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
- Conduct regular visits to monitor sales performance, stock levels, and display compliance.
- Support dealers with marketing materials, sales programs, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback and insights to management for product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Assist in forecasting and planning to align with company sales objectives.
- Manage sales orders, payment collections, and delivery coordination.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports and documentation.
- Follow up on payment schedules and resolve customer or dealer issues promptly.
- Stay updated with product features, specifications, and new launches.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for dealers or end users.
- Support marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently to build brand trust and loyalty.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
