Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in food or beverage R&D, preferably from FMCG or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of formulation, ingredient functionality, and product costing.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis; detail-oriented and organized.
  • A curious, collaborative, and hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
  • Fluent in English
Job Role:
  • Support new product development (NPD) from ideation to commercialization.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, flavors, and customer preferences.
  • Conduct product testing, sensory evaluations, and shelf‑life analysis.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure successful launches.
  • Manage and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) to maintain profitability.
  • Source and evaluate new raw materials or ingredients.
  • Prepare product documentation, specifications, and improvement reports.
