Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team near MRT Surian. The successful candidate will independently manage a full set of accounts, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide accurate financial reporting. This role offers broad industry exposure, flexible working hours, and strong growth potential for motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts independently (AP, AR, GL transactions, and month-end closing).
• Prepare and submit financial reports and statements accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure timely submission of audit, tax, SST, WHT, and other statutory filings, keeping clients updated on deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ accounting/audit experience in an accounting firm.
• Proven ability to handle full set of accounts and consolidation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Preferably able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
