Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position.
  • Experience in front liner hiring is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment process including job posting and candidate sourcing.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to craft recruitment strategies.
  • Engage with hiring managers to refine job descriptions.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from contact to onboarding.

About You

We are looking for a Executive, Talent Acquisition to be based in Mutiara Damansara. you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments, understand their talent needs, and implement strategies to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Manage end to end recruitment process, encompasses tasks such as job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and offers.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders like hiring managers and department leaders to craft recruitment strategies that meet Carsome evolving talent needs.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with hiring managers to collectively craft and refine detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities required for potential candidates.
  • Ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, offering a seamless journey from the first point of contact to onboarding.
Your Know-How
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Mandarin Speaker is required
  • Experience in front liner hiring is an added advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
