Senior Executive, Facilities and Property Management (Rawang)

Are you the go‑to person who keeps things running smoothly and solves problems on the spot?

As our Senior Executive on‑site, you'll be supervising a small team to ensure the clubhouse, retail areas and township facilities remain safe, clean, and well‑maintained. Your work ensures residents, tenants, and visitors enjoy a smooth, safe and welcoming environment every day. You'll also be hands‑on in attending to practical property and facility needs across the township.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily clubhouse and township facilities operations, including rounds, system checks, cleanliness and minor repairs.
  • Supervise technicians and clubhouse staff to ensure smooth teamwork and operational excellence both on‑site and across township facilities.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections, track preventive maintenance schedules and minimize unplanned breakdowns.
  • Liaise with tenants, residents and service providers, handling issues calmly and ensuring tenancy terms are met.
  • Coordinate handovers, fit‑outs and reinstatement processes where needed.
  • Manage contractors (security, cleaning landscaping, pest control) to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Support OPEX budget monitoring and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, fire and local council regulations.
  • Prepare timely accurate reports on operations, maintenance, and service performance.
  • Oversee clubhouse bookings, events and member usage.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement practical solutions.
  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with residents, tenants, visitors and contractors.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in residential, retail, or clubhouse operations, supervising small teams.
  • Hands‑on, proactive and takes full ownership of on‑site operations.
  • Skilled at handling residents, tenants or members and resolving issues calmly.
  • Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, fire safety and statutory compliance.
  • Able to balance operational work with administrative tasks like reporting, budgeting and vendor management.
  • Strong follow‑through, ensuring tasks are completed and records are accurate.
  • Able to guide, lead and motivate a small on‑site team to deliver smooth operations.
