A leading technology firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee manufacturing processes and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, and excellent people management skills. Formación
10+ years of technical, manufacturing engineering experience.
In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and associated tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience in Semiconductor Capital Equipment is advantageous.
Responsabilidades
Oversee planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing methods.
Analyze and improve materials, equipment, and personnel use.
Develop systems for record keeping and liaising with engineering.
Recruit and develop a skilled engineering team.
Drive root cause corrective action through data analysis.
Implement improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
