Job summary
A leading electronics manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance manufacturing efficiency. The role involves research, application, and optimization of processes to reduce costs and improve yield. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in SMT or automotive electronics, and proficiency in English or Malay is required. This position reports to the Plant Manager.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in SMT or automotive electronics.
- Proficient in English or Malay; knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research, optimize, and apply manufacturing processes.
- Continuously improve yield and efficiency, reduce costs.

Responsible for the research, application, and optimization of manufacturing processes in the factory; continuously improving yield and efficiency, reducing overall costs, and maintaining the company’s process technology competitiveness within the industry.
Reports to the Plant Manager.
- High school diploma or above, or a college degree.；
- At least 2 years of work experience in SMT or automotive electronics；
- Proficient in at least one of the following languages: English or Malay; Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) will be considered an advantage.
Skills required:
- Familiar with SMT processes and testing/soldering workflows.
- Experience in complete product assembly.
