- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fulfillment operations across multiple online channels.
- Manage and streamline order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and IT, to maintain a seamless fulfillment process.
- Monitor fulfillment performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Oversee relationships with fulfillment partners, carriers, and vendors to support efficient order processing and shipping operations.
- Lead a team of fulfillment specialists to execute operational tasks and meet fulfillment goals.
- Implement best practices and technologies to enhance fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in fulfillment operations management, preferably in a multichannel e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in fulfillment software, inventory management systems, and logistics tools.
- Open to be based at Tanjong Pinang.
