Job summary
A pharmaceutical company in Butterworth is seeking a candidate skilled in data entry and accounting to assist in financial reporting and general office tasks. You should possess proficiency in accounting software like Autocount and be computer literate. Strong organizational skills and accuracy in accounting tasks are essential, along with effective communication abilities. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with computer software and systems.
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to manage large amounts of financial data.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry in Microsoft Excel and Autocount accounting system.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
