Job summary
A recruitment company in Johor Bahru is looking for a support staff member to help with CV sourcing and candidate screening. This is a non-sales role aimed at fresh graduates or entry-level candidates, offering a basic salary of RM2,600 with the potential to earn up to RM3,500 with incentives. Full training will be provided in a modern, supportive office environment, focused on helping you learn recruitment skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
- Search for CVs on multiple platforms.
- Call candidates to gauge interest and availability.
- Update candidate information in the system.
- Prepare and send CVs to clients.
- Follow job order tracking and prepare updates.

Education
Support CV sourcing & candidate screening for a recruitment team. No sales, no BD, no targets. Training provided. RM2,600 basic. Incentives bring total up to RM3,200–RM3,500.

Your job is to help us find the right candidates and keep things moving smoothly. A typical day includes:
- Searching for CVs on JobStreet, LinkedIn, and our database
- Calling candidates to ask a few simple questions (we provide a script)
- Checking their availability, expected salary, and job interest
- Updating info into our system (we’ll show you how)
- Helping prepare and send CVs to clients
- Following up on interview results with candidates
- Keeping job order trackers updated
- Preparing weekly progress updates for your manager
- Following a daily checklist — so your tasks are clear
No pressure to “bring in revenue”. This is a non-sales role focused only on CV sourcing.
- Fresh grads or entry‑level candidates
- Diploma / Degree holders (any background)
- Those who prefer a role with daily structure, clear tasks, and less pressure
- Those okay to talk to candidates on the phone
- No experience needed – just a positive, responsible attitude
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Able to follow instructions clearly
- Comfortable using computer, phone, and online platforms
- Team player with basic communication skills
- English doesn’t need to be perfect – we’ll support you
Basic Salary: RM2,600
Monthly Incentive: Up to RM1,200 (based on KPI)
Confirmed Salary: RM3,200 – RM3,500 + Monthly Incentives
