This entry-level role focuses on developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach via email and social media. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure success in tracking sales performance and building customer relationships.

- Proactively reach out to potential customers via email or social media.
- Understand customer needs and provide product information.
- Conduct online sales discussions and close deals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential leads.
- Update CRM with customer information and sales activities.
- Track and report sales performance.
- Gather customer feedback and observe market trends.
Marketing Assistant will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through email and social media outreach, qualifying potential leads. We welcome candidates with no prior experience, as long as you are proactive, willing to learn, and goal-driven. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you get started quickly.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via email or social media to generate new sales opportunities
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information
- Conduct online sales discussions and close deals through email or social platforms
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with potential leads and referrals to increase conversion rates
- Provide product details and solutions according to customer requirements
- Update customer information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system in a timely manner
- Track and report sales performance and conversion rates
- Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports and documentation
- Gather customer feedback and observe market trends
- Assist in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Sales experience will be an added advantage (Optional)
