Property Consultant (Full Commission | Chinese Speaking | Content & Video Based)

We are expanding our real estate sales team and looking for highly driven individuals who want real income growth, not fixed salary comfort.

This role is 100% Full Commission-based.

This position is suitable for individuals who are serious, coachable, and system-driven.

• Promote new project & secondary market properties
• Conduct property marketing through video shooting, social media & digital platforms
• Participate in property roadshows, project launches, and networking events
• Participate in sub-sales (second hand houses) activities such as farming for new listings, advertising and promoting listings, and negotiating with buyers and vendors for closing deals
• Appear on camera for content creation (training provided)
• Follow company sales system, branding & content strategy
• Attend training, team meetings & coaching sessions
• Work closely with team leaders and follow structured guidance
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, AI marketing tools) to enhance productivity
• Prepare basic reports & presentations using Microsoft Office

• Willing to work under Full Commission-based income model
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable appearing on camera (video shooting & content)
• Interest in marketing, social media & branding
• Willing to learn and adopt AI-driven tools & systems
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Coachable mindset — willing to follow systems & instructions
• No strong personal bias, ego, or “I do my own way” mentality
• Experience in sales, marketing, content creation or system-based work is an advantage (not compulsory)

• Beginner (1 to 12 months) : RM5,000 - RM8,000+ per month
• Intermediate (12 months to 24 months) : RM10,000 - RM15,000+ per month
• Advanced (>24 months) : RM20,000 - RM30,000+ per month
