We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. This role involves analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and translating requirements into functional specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in business systems.

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
• Participate in early project stages including information gathering, analysis, and initiation
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and alignment with organizational goals
• Recommend solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity
• Solution Design & Delivery: Work closely with IT, QA, and business units to design, validate, and implement effective business solutions
• Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements through documentation, prototyping, and clear communication
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documents including BRD, URS, SRS, FSD, SDS, and API guidelines
• Ability to visualize requirements using UML diagrams, process maps, wireframes, and sample screens
• Familiarity with KRISA-JDN documentation format is an advantage
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings and workshops with business users, technical teams, and management to ensure alignment and clarity
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Leadership & Support: Mentor and guide junior business analysts, taking ownership of complex requirements when needed
• Ensure best practices are followed across all business analysis activities
• Collaborate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support smooth delivery
• Advise training and implementation teams to ensure seamless system rollouts
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or system development
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical details to non-technical audiences
• Effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong leadership abilities to support and mentor team members
• Certifications:
• CPRE – FL or equivalent certification is highly desirable
• Additional Skills:
• Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Apply proficiency in business process modeling tools
• Leverage knowledge of SQL and Tableau (advantageous)
• Adapt to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Maintain a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
