Job summary
A leading pharmacy company in Negeri Sembilan seeks a Sales Executive to identify and engage potential customers, promote products, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, along with strong communication skills in English and Malay. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is necessary. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-driven, and has prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring alignment with company policies and targets.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback on market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, or events to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
