The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong team management skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years relevant working experience, preferably in plant administration within the Electrical / Electronic industry.
• Experience in project management and vendor performance management.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ESH requirements for operations and audits.
• Plan office equipment and amenities for staff.
• Manage vendors for security, cleaning, and other services.
• Lead security planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure efficient expatriate management and logistics.
• Lead new plant setup and administration transition processes.
