We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Assistant to join our dynamic team at NZ FROZEN INDUSTRIES SDN BHD. This is a full‑time role based in our Tampoi Johor office. The Human Resource Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the overall human resources functions within our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files
  • Providing administrative support for HR‑related activities and projects
  • Coordinating and organising training and development programs
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR‑related matters
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery
What we're looking for
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
