Supporting recruitment and HR tasks at a global semiconductor leader in Kulim, Malaysia.

Your Role

• End‑to‑end recruitment activities: resume sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offering, onboarding
• Maintain data in recruiting tools
• Assist HR administration tasks: HRD Corp claimable student grant and student hiring registration/declaration in Talent Corp
• Support career fair and university relations activities
• Contribute to HR improvement projects and tasks

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Development, minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, reading)
• Keen and willing to learn talent acquisition role
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
